Is Your YouTube Video Title and Thumbnail Important?

The title and thumbnail is by far the most important thing of being a successful YouTuber. It's sad that it's gotten to that point there where you can't just have like a banger. I've been doing YouTube for eight years as of the August this year 2012. But I've only made 200 videos I think so far.
