You Don't Get One Without the Other

The table of showbread was a representation of Jesus. We see 12 loaves, one for each tribe of Israel, pierced in the holy of holies. It had been about 55 or 60 years since Jesus died when John wrote Revelation. And so Jesus shows up in this vision in Revelation and says, look, I'm alive. So if you wanna call that weird, go ahead and call Jesus weird and you can deal with that on your own.
