Laws Inhibit Creativity

Civilisation requires that we have prohibitions on certain things so that creativity is not to destroyed. The major form of creativity in our world right now is the capacity of human beings to generate explanations. People are fallible and so sometimes they'll make bad laws. And they might not consciously be working towards evil in fact I think they think that they're always doing the best. But you know there's no perfect system for generating laws so there will be errors in the generation of lawsSometimes regulations will be put in place that do curb creativity, he says.
