The People Matter More Than the Ideas

"It's obvious that the people matter more than the ideas," says Ed Catmull. "I know lots of people who make videos on topics that you would think are boring but the way they make it is the thing that makes it interesting" People want to pitch him on good ideas for videos all day long, he says. But in his own field like with cano and other talented artists, execution over idea matters most.
