The Same Hierarchy of Men and Women

There's just so many institutions that end up with very similar hierarchies where men sort of set the agenda and then convince women that it's either morally right or in our best interest to follow them, right? It's the same kind of male dominance and female submissive dynamic. And like, I've brought this up on my Twitter that it feels like every advocacy group for every marginalized group has just like, decided to full on garglement balls, no matter what it is.
