Kerry: You titled the report separating myth from reality. Let's kind of give us an overview now of what were some of the myths you were trying to address? Kerry: The most quoted in media is that Sri Lanka owes about 10 to 15 percent of public external debt to China. But when we dig into the numbers we realize that it is about close to 20 percent and eventually for N-Pray and 21 we came up with a number of 19.6 percent.
