The Importance of Mindfulness in DVT

mindfulness is sometimes marketed as a relaxation technique. In DVT, it is not seen that way. The purpose of mindfulness in DVT is to become aware of how you're feeling. You kind of don't even know what other DVT skills you might need until you know how you're feel and what's happening in the present moment. And just really important disclaimer here, this is very, very challenging. I think the most disciplined Buddhist monks struggle with Mindfulness.
