Is the Kingdom of God the Narrative Frame for Christian Ethics?

In your book, introducing christian ethics, you have a chapter early on which talks about the kingdom of god as the narrative frame for christian ethics. Could you flesh at out a little bit what that means? Yes. There's, there's a central core to the gospel that is of ethical importance for you. And so we also argue that there's specific social content to it that goes back to the prophets. The rules don't just hang outi kind of mid air on they're all the goal of participating in the reign of god.
