What Are Other Misconceptions Within the Anti-Aging Conversation?
The biggest misconception is when the patient comes and they say that, well, I'm not there yet. And that is the biggest misconception because people wait until it really is too late or until they already show the signs and then they want to correct that. It is much more difficult to correct something than actually could prevent something. Intermittent fasting can be a great tool for the right person at the right time. If you are metabolically healthy in your, if you're pre-menopause, some intermittent fasting at the right times in your cycle can be very beneficial.
