A natural wine is always fermented with wild indigenous native yeast. Commercial wines are fermented with GMO lab cultured yeast. A Dry Farm Wine must also be grown without irrigation, which is known as Dry Farming. All of our wines have to be sugar-free and low in naturally occurring sulfites.
