Leading by example is about being humble and taking moments where you've done something that you could have done better. It took me a long time to learn how to do this stuff, I was bad at it earlier in my career. At made up, which was the highest e c high empany place that ever worked, i grew so much as a leader because of this. We got in our way a little bit because of just how high ampathy it was but it was really fabulous for me.
