Clare albanes is attending his second overseas state funeral in just eight days. Former japanese prime minister shinzo arbay was assassinated at a political rally last month. The funeral will begin mid afternoon our time, and about six thousand people will be attending. We won't see a repeat of queen elizabeth's funeral when it comes to world leaders but us.
