There's not enough information in DNA to program all of the structure of the human brain. So that computability doesn't exist, essentially, from DNA or any other organism. The medium doesn't really matter, but of course it matters a great deal, right? And so, you know, this is maybe another example where this argument from scale has some bearing on discussions in neuroscience.
