Counting Calories Will Not Work for Weight Loss
For most people, counting calories probably is going to be only useful up to a point. Count calories until you understand coloric density, energy densities of foods. And then from there, you can begin to count something. For example, if you're an intermittent faster, part of what you're doing is your cutting out one of your meals right now. If that is going to work for weight loss, what that means is that you're losing that meals calories, and you're not making up for those calories at future meals. You don't want to start consuming 750 calories at lunch and 750 calories at dinner. High fibre and high protein meals like this will lead an accidental calory deficit
