Are We Functioning Universalists?
Many professing christians are essentially functioning universal because they're, they're a theyr ideology. Functional universalism is moralism if you want to narrow that down. A moralist doesn't need a saviour, because the moralist is his or her own saviour. I'm saved by my morality. I'm saving by my own good intentions. It's internal to me. So so is its that sort of sulteriological hamps? Well, you just never get off of it. But when you challenge the universalists, when you challenge them to defend their soceriology, their doctrine of salvation, it narrows down to moralism. And they'll say they need
