How to Be a Better Nutrition Communicator
I don't think we can excel in everything and I see some very excellent nutrition communicators out there doing great work so I don't want to try and be them. As far as the resources I'm going to be going through your back list a fair bit to see what else I can learn. And simply if you could advise people to do one thing each day that would have a positive benefit on any area of their life, what might that one thing be? People might think it's sappy but I think people should be kind to themselves. We tend to have such a negative internal dialogue. So be kind to yourself but really just give yourself a break.
