Tech editing is more about, like, does it flow, and is there a story. Developmental edit is looking at the whole peace and saying, is it good writing? And then copy editing is going to be that final like kind of almost grammary level check. Finding those unicorn people is not a scaleable model. You want to start breaking that up into different rolls as as you grow out a content production agency.
