What Is Binder?

Binder allows you to take any GitHub or even GitLab URL and put it in there. It builds a Docker image that has all the dependencies of those notebooks, then finds an executable node somewhere in the cloud. If you click it, it just as you said, it's going to create an executable environment with the rightdependencies.
