i've just got in the habit of grabbing a bigger area than i think i need, and then doing a second pass. The smallest one of those areas that you can draw is the equivalent of one foot. No matter what i grab to adjust one of those four corner points, i always end up moving the whole thing. And not only e your getting nothing, but when you click, if you click and it's outside of that area, it might think you're trying to make a new region. Do you ever wane? I forget.
