But there are relatively few operations that are done often enough in a typical residency programme for the resident to achieve some level of real competence or proficiency. And if they're critical part of a person's future practice, then i do think fellowship training or some way of assessing their practiced performance should be considered. Causei: We just have to be honest with ourselves about what level of assessment we're able to provide those domains.
