Are the Layoffs Too Big, Too Small or Too Premature?

Bloomberg's MLive team has been asking if these cuts have been too large, too small or even too premature. Even after all of the recent layoffs that you've seen for many of the large tech companies, we still see tech as relatively bloated in terms of employment counts. For every large big tech company that's having layoffs, there are many small organizations who are eager to gobble those employees up. What we're seeing is CEOs taking advantage of fear in the headlines.
