The book was my master's thesis for my master marked programme at welcs college. The story about how the book came about is really kind of underwhelming a i noticed that there was hardly anything written about kind of the sole care of the pastor. So, um, so i i went in and outlined it with my visor and, and, you know, wrote it and did some editing from the book. It answers the question, how does the spiritual disciplines apply to the pastor as he prepares his own soul to preach?
