Is There a Triple Net Lease?
We're looking for at least three years remaining on a triple net lease. We like single tenant. I would rather buy 10 buildings and diversify that risk across 10 buildings. So obviously it takes time to get up there and you're taking a little more risk on the way up. But that's okay. Because again, specific assets we're looking for three years left on the lease triple net.
