The China 20 35 Standards Project - What Is the Plan of Action?

In 20 15, the state council decided to reform the stanatization process in the country. And this resulted like almost a hundred and 50 thousand standards being created. So based of all that history, china is now planning what is called as the china 20 35 standards project. But there was no official document by the state council or the government on regard to this project. so we did not have much to talk about until october, when they actually released the n s d outline document.
