The Importance of Simple Interfaces in Digital Audio Workstations
I think it's really good, especially in a modern environment, to have simpler controls on the analog front end. There's a lot you can do with fine-tuned things later on in the digital audio workstation. But I was just thinking like I have so many, so many devices here that literally have just one knob and I just want one function at 35 kilograms. So I like more simple and playable interfaces in the analog because then you can just do a parametric equalizer to the nth degree in digital in the end.
