Siles: Habits can definitely be a mind game. It's tricking your brain into doing some new things, to where that comes the new normal. The thing that work really well, works well for me, is just inviting emotion into the equation. If i can create the right kind of emotion internally, it will create the kind of leverage that i need in order to create change. And if you don't start asking yourself questions like 'out on who'm not going to be in my life in 20 years and 15 years?' then you won't learn anything at all.
