I swam from Alcatraz on my 33rd birthday. That was my first time, my first open water swim. And then I just started to do more swims and join this team called Night Train Swimmers. It started to accelerate with these relay swims out to the Farrelones where, you know, you rotate an hour long shifts,. You're a team of six.
