How Do You Usher Code Gracievly Into Your Organization?
How do you usher that code gracefully into your organization is something i worry about as an engineering manager. socialization of your code that really needs to happen in order to really take care of this and usher this baby into the world gracefully right communicating the change is another another big oneRight now what companies have is if they're lucky they have a good distributed trace plump through using open telemetry but most companies are not so lucky is to have that everywhere. What we're actually doing is using a lot of machine learning to train models to correlate signal across various systems like nearly every company that i talk to has both data dog and sentry.
