How Do We Talk About Overwhelm and Burnout?

I think one of the things that I've started to notice within culture is this hyper therapeutic way of talking about life. Like everything passes through the filter of therapy and mental health nowadays. How do you think we can begin to approach talking about overwhelm and burnout with friends, with family, with our partner? Because I think there can still be a stigma. You know, I see some commentary online of like, I'll burnout. It's not a real thing. And if you're burnt out, like you're just fucking pussy or, you know, that kind of conversation. But in how things are showing up for me and how I communicate, it's all about the light.
