Steph: I can give two, like, fairly concrete examples of how this has played out in the media team as one example. And then another example around this idea of collective responsibility is some teammates who were just like, weren't really clicking around something. Stephanie: There's a version where we just sort of, we forget that we have a point of view and we just need to be reminded about it.
