How to Use Momentum for Natural Raises

I was like proposing that for some pulling movements, some momentum actually makes a movement feel even better. And I don't know if this is something you learn, but I definitely can feel when it's kind of productive momentum versus just swinging things around. There's also at least one modeling study for natural raises, dumbbell natural raises, showing that  you get more total work done by the muscles if you use a little bit of hip swing. But I guess you just have to be careful.
