I think a too pronged approach. So number one is obviously prevention. If we can prevent the disease, then we don't have to about treating the disease. Unfortunately, we're very comfortable taking care of heart failure in the emergency department. But when you look at mortality rates for this disease process, they're exceptionally high. And five year mortality of close to forty % is not significant. I think really it's going to be prevention and early intervention.
