The Observance of the Sabbath and Its Principles of Release Are Clearly Important Issues
In the book of nehemiah, i the people through the wilderness the lord had also shown his power and his provision for them. The levites here mentioned the gift of the manor and the provision of the water alluding back to chapters 16 and 17 of the book of exodus. However, although the wilderness was a time of divine provision and protection for the people, it was also a time when they repeatedly tested and tempted the lord.
