The type three part you call her Natalie was activated but working on behalf of Bethany, who had been hurt as a child by various things in her life. And so when Little Bevy is driving the bus, you don't want your six to eight-year-old self to literally self sabotage right? You can imagine how hard it's going to be for those people at ACC if they find out their mother has an eating disorder.
