How Do You Find Critical Feedback From Your Customers?

I think that the best mvp is one where you have built nothing. It's very hard to find people that are going to give real, honest feedback. Customers can tell you about their problems but they may not know the best solutions. And of course, solving any of these problems that our nagging customers takes people.
