The new surviving sepsus guide lines say about anamatics pressors and stari. There ws actually no prospective intervention studies comparing different volumes of initial resuscitation and sepstis or septic shock. But failure to receive that amount of fluid within three hours of onset of sepsis was ciated with higher inhospital mortality.
