Are You a Mind Reading Puten?

I feel like every time i look up, puten's in a different country. It would be mind reading if i told you i know what he's thinking. But i won't do that. I'm going to make a general comment that somebody with a billion dollars really, really would hate not being able to travel anywhere want. Would you buy that?
