Truffles are a fancy ingredient, but most Americans who haven't tasted truffle know what it is and know it's a fancy ingredient. They also have a caviar flavored chip. Jesus Christ. That one is horrible. And again, I have no problem with anything. One of my favorite dishes of all time was in a New York City thing called, you know, Teca, Jason Denton's,. He had this great thing. We'd all used to go to the cooks on our days off to have the truffle egg and truffle egg toast.
