Is There Any One in Need on the Earth?

In verse four, Deuteronomy says there will be no one in need among you because of the way that the Lord is sure to bless you. In verse 11, it talks about the need to give liberally and be ungrudging because since there will never cease to be some in need on the earth. Jesus quotes the last part before you always have with you or a version of it. And he makes the point that it may be possible, it may be impossible to eliminate orphans and immigrants and widows.
