We have to be able to celebrate our arpiq experiences. They do seem to be covered over by a lot of other things. And they come, for most people, too few and too far between in their awareness. So what it comes down to is a sense that it is a dismantling. For the six stages of the development of trust are are difficult and challenging and disruptive. When we go for healing its kind of like we're going through a tunnel of dismantling. Of course, it will feel very vulnerable. That's what makes it uncomfortablei It was, if we weren't feeling so vulnerable, we wouldn't feel so uncomfortable.
