There are new models emerging around where you can get a guaranteed job or get more of an inside track on that first good job and it's cool to your future life prospects. Income share agreements, Kaplan is a big one right now brain and busty is doing a lot of stuff. We're in the middle of a project led by the US Chamber of Commerce Foundation and the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta looking at besides income share agreements. JFF just did a study and saw that they weren't biased anyway to a specific gender or racial group which was great to hear.
