Siri is one of those things that like it hasn't yet caught on because it's just not quite accurate enough. I remember being blown away by a Google demo maybe five years ago when they were showing some of their kind of like, you know, call and make the reservation. The question isn't can Google do it but if they're willing to destroy its own search monopoly in order to provide a better user experience.
