How ECMAScript Implements a Recursive Function

ECMAScript is a programming language used by web browsers. It's up to the browser manufacturers whether or not they implement it in their engines. The engine builders and creators are all members of W3C 39 committee. So nothing really can get added into the language unless the engine makers all agree that it can and should be addedinto the language.
