Sartre: We are undoubtedly social beings that we live lives relationally. And so the choices that we make deeply affect others, both in positive and obviously negative ways. So at the end of the day, yes, we are absolutely responsible for ourselves. To deny that responsibility is one of the great dangers that Sartre sees.
