Russia's Utilitum on the Grain Deal
Russia has issued an ultimatum on the deal. It says it will refuse to restart talks on the initiative unless the UN concedes to its demands by October. Kenya's government has called it a stab in the back for drought hit countries. But Turkish President Erdogan believes Putin wants to continue the agreement and they will discuss the renewal of the deal when they meet in person next month.
