How Much Time Do You Need Before You Can Make an Informed Decision?
The key thing is just to run, setting a very specific behaviour, but thinking about what are you doing it for? What are the long-term goals and the short-term goal? How would you go about measuring that in an ideal sense? And how much time do you need before you can make an informed decision about whether it's working for you or not? I like to sort of compare it to startups, right? So small changes in particular activities that you do on a frequent or occurring basis have these massive consequences when you think about yourself.
