Is the West All Latin Mass?

The author has never been to a latin mass. He says the east did a better job of learning the culture and baptizing the good things and get rid the bad things. It doesn't seem like, i mean, if you go to india, rit so you have, like, the malankara church,. Botha or malabar alaba, e am; both catholic or orthodox. Why are both of those there? You know? why did we have to impose something that was distinctly western on them?
