In the UK, and you know that you're looking for companies with call it more than 10 million pounds of even you can go into the tax databases. And now your goal is to be in front of the owner of that business, potentially years in advance of the decision itself. It's a very different scale cycle or or cycle time in Europe versus the US. You want to cultivate a long term relationship now they'll still probably bring in investment banker and advisor, someone help them sell the business.
