Bhat: The more you obsess over what's coming up and how hard something's going to be, the more you sike yourself out of actually doing it. We talked about mindfulness, basically the concept of focusing on and being present in the current moment. And we talked about emotional agion which is how the emotions that you bring to the table can have a contagious effect on people around you. Bhat: Once you've made a decision that something is worth doing, at that point it doesn't make any sense to worry about it any more. It makes sense to start trying.
