The way that people learn today is very different. You don't go to a classroom training for two, three weeks anymore. We talk about learning when you wanted, when you have time for it. The closer you can keep learning to the job and to the application of a skill, a new skill is hugely important. And we try to do that on the shop floor and even bring learning to the shop floor.
